Owner and founder of The Pink Door, Nicole, began her professional career in 1990 as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice. A perfectionist by nature with an artistic eye, she is a trained medical assistant, licensed electrologist, cosmetologist, and aesthetician. She holds all of these licenses and has had hundreds of hours of training. In addition to these professional licenses, Nicole has also undergone a lengthy tattoo apprenticeship, and The Pink Door is a State licensed tattoo and body art facility. As a Phi Brow Artist and with two decades of experience behind her, Nicole has perfected her techniques and works tirelessly to fulfill every client’s expectations.

Nicole is a lifelong resident of West Michigan, and she lives with her husband and family in the area. Nicole’s oldest daughter has followed in her footsteps and pursued a career in cosmetology. The Pink Door is a family-owned and family-operated business with Nicole’s mother, Pat, and both of her daughters working in the studio.

Nicole credits her husband, Todd Neumann, for handling the design and renovations of The Pink Door, creating a beautiful space to serve the women of West Michigan. His unwavering support and continued encouragement of Nicole and her entrepreneurial drive are the reason for The Pink Door’s success and growth.
